Privacy Policy
Planet Siege · Effective September 23, 2026
In short
- Planet Siege does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or photos, and has no accounts of its own.
- It shows no advertising and does not track you across other apps or websites.
- Your progress (coins, level, match record, settings) is stored only on your device.
- Online matches and purchases are handled by Apple (Game Center and the App Store).
Information stored on your device
The game saves your coins, commander level and experience, wins and defeats, chosen race, trophies, purchased items and settings on your device so you can pick up where you left off. This data is not sent to us.
iCloud backup
If you are signed in to iCloud, the game also keeps a copy of that same progress in your own iCloud account (Apple's iCloud key-value storage), so it comes back if you reinstall the game or move to a new device. It is stored by Apple in your iCloud account, not by us, and we cannot see it. You can remove it by turning off iCloud for Planet Siege in Settings, or by deleting the app's data from iCloud storage.
Online play (Apple Game Center)
If you choose to play online, the game uses Apple's Game Center. Apple signs you in, matches you with other players, stores the turn-by-turn match data, and shows your Game Center nickname to your opponent. Trophies you earn are also shown as Game Center achievements on your Game Center profile. We do not receive your Apple Account details. Apple's handling of this data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
In-app purchases (App Store)
Coin packs and the Commander Pass are bought through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; the game only receives confirmation of what was bought so it can deliver it. We never see your payment details.
Technical data from the game engine
Planet Siege is made with the Unity engine. Unity's services used by the game (such as the in-app purchase system) may collect limited technical information, for example device model, operating system version, and diagnostic or performance data, to make those services work and to fix problems. This data is not used to identify you or for advertising by us. See Unity's Privacy Policy.
Children
Planet Siege is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.
Contacting us
If you email us for support, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and delete them when they're no longer needed.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
